New training courses launched to help you manage your home

Our Financial Inclusion team has launched a brand new training course called; ‘Unlocking your new home: Everything you need to know to manage your home’.

Are you a new One Manchester customer, wanting to understand the ins and outs of managing bills and payments for your new home? Or are you an existing customer, who could you use a hand with budgeting and managing your bills?

Good news, our Financial Inclusion team has launched a brand new training course called; ‘Unlocking your new home: Everything you need to know to manage your home’. Our ‘Unlocking your home’ course is all about helping our customers, like you, manage your bills, pay your rent quickly and easily, and get money help when you need it.

What can I expect from the course?

This course is designed with both our new and existing customers in mind. The course is really informal and all about creating a friendly environment for customers to meet and chat.

The course will cover:
•    A breakdown of your bills and savvy tips on managing them.
•    Easy steps to set up your online account with us for making quick and hassle-free payments.
•    Jargon busting made simple – because who needs confusing language?
•    Ways to access further support
•    And other handy hints and tips

When are the courses taking place?

The next ‘Unlocking your home’ courses will take place at Gorton Hub on the following dates:
