In your neighbourhood

We have hubs in all our neighbourhoods where you can drop in and chat to us face to face each week. You also have a dedicated Neighbourhood Officer who is your easy-to-reach point of contact at One Manchester. From reporting anti-social behaviour through to making sure repairs to your property are completed in a timely manner.

Our emergency repairs line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls will be transferred to our out-of-hours service when our offices are closed.
