Our People Strategy 2022-24 supports the delivery of our Corporate Plan and links our people activities to the needs of our organisation, colleagues and customers through four overarching people promises:

Lovell and Quattro House
Our bases are spaces for creative thinkers, can-do problem solvers, and inspirational leaders.
Lovell House (our main base) in Hulme has recently undergone a large-scale renovation project. It’s packed with future-proof technology and designed with flexibility in mind, providing spaces to collaborate and work individually too.
Quattro House in Gorton is our other base that has a 50:50 split of office space and distribution centre for our trade operatives. We’re fortunate to have a builder's merchant branch situated on-site too, which means our frontline colleagues can access tools and materials around the clock.
