In the summer, we launched our ‘Big Listen’ campaign, our biggest ever customer feedback campaign, it’s all about taking the time to listen and understand your views on our current repairs service.
We’re on a mission to hear from as many of you as we can, to understand your views and help us improve the repairs service we offer, to make sure it’s right for you.
The feedback you provide will be used to help us carry out a thorough review of our current repairs service during 2024 and will be central in how we re-design our service. We’ll be implementing our new repairs offer from April 2024.

Our ongoing commitment to dealing with damp and mould
