Update: IT issue affecting how some rent balances display

If you pay your rent to us by standing order, the rent balance you see in the customer portal might not reflect your latest payment. We want to reassure you that we're still receiving all payments. An IT issue is just affecting how the balance looks on a very small number of accounts.

We're really sorry for any confusion this might cause and we're working with our supplier to get it fixed as quickly as possible. If you pay your rent by standing order and are unsure about your balance, please reach out to us through our website or by calling 0330 355 1000. We can discuss your account with you and address any questions you have.

All other issues affecting how rent balances display have been resolved.
