Calling you to hear your feedback
Since 2021, a research company called IFF Research has been calling One Manchester customers like you, to hear your feedback on our services.
We’d like to let you know that IFF Research recently changed their phone number to 0330 027 0103. So, If you receive a call from this number asking about One Manchester, please don’t be concerned.
If you’re called by IFF Research the call handler will introduce themselves and explain they’re calling from IFF, an independent research company, on behalf of your housing provider One Manchester, to confirm they’re authorised to call you on our behalf.
Why are we calling?
We’re making these calls to hear your feedback and ask for your satisfaction rating for the services we provide. This information is collected for our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). TSMs were introduced by the regulator for social housing in April 2023 and give our customers the chance to share views and feedback by answering questions on the services we deliver like repairs and complaints. This helps us better understand your thoughts and experiences so we can improve our services to meet your needs.
What to expect
- Calls from IFF Research will come from 0330 027 0103.
- Calls may occur between 9am-8pm Monday-Friday and 11am-5pm Saturday.
- You may also receive emails from myresearch@voluntas.co.uk.
IFF Research carry out their survey in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct. Any answers you provide will be confidential, stored securely and won’t be shared with anyone other than One Manchester.
