We're making it easier to register and find your tenancy number, and refining the experience for leaseholders

We’ve been implementing your suggestions because we're committed to ensuring you have the best experience possible when managing your tenancy, locating your details, and navigating your account when signed in as a leaseholder.

These improvements wouldn't be possible if it weren't for your feedback and, in this instance, recommendations from leaseholders. We hope you'll continue providing us with directions to make your experience better.

Here are the most recent changes we’ve made:

You said: You wanted a more straightforward registration process without the need for a National Insurance (NI) number 

We did:  
We removed the requirement for a NI number to make registration easier

You said:   You wanted new ways to retrieve your tenancy number without having to refer to rent statements 

We did:   We added an option to receive a reminder of your tenancy number via your email

You said:   You wanted an offline way to retrieve your tenancy number 

We did:   We also added an option to get a tenancy number reminder through text message

You said: You wanted “rent” changed to say “service charge” when logged in as a leaseholder 

We did: We’ve changed the wording for leaseholder accounts, to accurately reflect what they’re paying for
