New Neighbourhood Hub opens in Clayton
We're bringing our services closer to you
We've got some exciting news for customers in Clayton – we've opened a brand-new neighbourhood hub at the Beacon Centre, making it easier to get advice, support and help from us, at a handy location just around the corner from you.
Our neighbourhood hubs are friendly community spaces where you can drop in, have a chat with us and get support with anything related to your tenancy, home or neighbourhood. They're also home to our weekly drop-in sessions with Neighbourhood Officers and our Employment and Skills team.
The new hub means customers in Clayton can now access our services right on their doorstep, making it easier to get the help and support they need.

Listening to our customers is really important to us. Customers in Clayton told us they wanted to see more of us in their community. So that's exactly what we've done.
By opening a new Neighbourhood Hub in the heart of Clayton, we're creating more opportunities for customers to meet with us face to face and access support locally.
