Putting customers at the forefront of decisions has always been a priority, so ensuring we have a diverse mix of people to influence them is crucial. The last 12-months have shown the varied experiences and needs of customers, and we want to make sure we move forward with you involved.
We’re now looking for enthusiastic customers to join one of our four new, voluntary teams to be at the heart of One Manchester. The roles will offer fabulous experience and will play a real part in influencing the future.
Our roles are within the following four teams:
- Customer Co-creation team
- Customer Building Safety team
- Customer Purchasing team
- Customer Scrutiny team
We’re really excited about working with our customer teams, so if you can offer your time and views, then we want to hear from you.
In the first instance please contact us for an informal chat to discuss the requirements of the role. This will be followed by a selection process to ensure we have a diverse group of customers with the experience required for the role.
Our ongoing commitment to dealing with damp and mould
In December 2022, we provided a report to the Regulator of Social Housing on how many of our homes had cases of damp and mould. To date, the majority of repairs have been completed for our customers, making sure your home is a safe and healthy space.Posted 04 Aug 2023
