Customers must be at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’ve listened to feedback and introduced Your say, your way, the new Customer Voice Framework, giving you a menu of options and choices for getting involved and shaping our services in a way that suits you. 

Customers have already made a big impact in 2025, especially through joining our new Customer Voice Panels where we've been listening to your feedback on our services and reviewing our policies and communication.

Whether you have a minute to spare here and there to answer a question about your experience, or you want to be actively involved in a paid decision-making role, this menu has you covered. It’s your say, your way. Each of these options is designed to be accessible and inclusive, so if you want any support to take part, let us know.
