Two customers talking to one another

You’ve told us that you like to meet with us face to face from time to time to chat about your home, community and anything else to do with your tenancy.

That’s why we’re reminding you of the best ways to do just that.

You can speak to someone face to face by popping in to your local Neighbourhood Hub drop-in session, contacting your Neighbourhood Officer directly to arrange an appointment or chatting to them at your annual home visit (tenancy experience visit). Or if you want to talk to us about your local area, why not join us on your next Neighbourhood Inspection?

Pop in to your Neighbourhood Hub drop-in session

Our Neighbourhood Hubs provide you with a local and safe space to meet with One Manchester colleagues when you need to. At a hub you can either make an appointment with a colleague or turn up during a weekly drop-in session at a hub around the corner from you, to chat to a One Manchester colleague.

Meet with your Neighbourhood Officer

Your Neighbourhood Officer is your key point of contact at One Manchester.

They work right at the heart of your community, which means they’re able to answer many of your questions or address any concerns you may have.

Don’t know who your Neighbourhood Officer is? Every One Manchester customer has a dedicated Neighbourhood Officer on hand to support you when you need it. You can find their details using our Neighbourhood search function:

Attend your local Neighbourhood Inspection

You can also meet with us to discuss issues in your local area at your bi-monthly Neighbourhood Inspection. Join us as we come together to walk around your neighbourhoods and point out any issues locally you want addressing. Whether it’s fly-tipping or overgrown trees – you can tell us about it and we’ll note it down and make sure it gets sorted.

Please remember our main office, Lovell House, is not open to customers. This is to ensure the safety and security of our customers and colleagues.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
