Stock condition surveys of our homes
Living in your home should be safe and comfortable and the wellbeing of our customers is a priority. The quality of our homes is important, which is why we have appointed a firm of surveyors, Savills, to undertake a stock condition survey of our properties. This will allow us to check any repairs and maintenance work necessary and make sure our homes are decent, warm and a safe place to live.
The surveys will begin on 26th April and safety measures have been put in place. All surveyors will have hand sanitiser and wear face masks, disposable gloves, and disposable over shoes. Surveyors will also be wearing a Savills identification badge and will carry a letter of authority on One Manchester headed paper.

You can also call this number if anyone in your household is self-isolating, shielding, showing symptoms, or deemed vulnerable to the COVID-19 virus. We are expecting lots of calls so there might be a delay. If this happens you will be asked to leave a message including your name and address.
