Have your say on our services

We want to know what is important to you in your community and in your homes. That’s why, during July, we’re holding a number of customer consultation meetings, as a chance for you to have your say on some of our key services. 

At these meetings we want to hear your views on what is important, we will discuss topics including; managing your home and tenancy and how we help to keep you safe in your home and community. 

We will also be asking for your views on what you’d like to see us funding in the future. At One Manchester, we regularly apply for funding to support our customers and communities with causes and projects that matter to you, such as funding for improvements to local play areas and green spaces.

For example, last year we applied for Government funding to deliver Skills Bootcamps, the funding received helped us to support 84 people into jobs in the rail track and construction sector.

Come along and have your say

Come along to one of our consultation meetings and help us understand yours views on these topics. Your views will then be used to help us inform and shape how we deliver these services in the future.
