Have your say on how we can improve our services and get a £10 Love2shop voucher
At One Manchester we are proposing some changes to the way we work to make it easier for our customers to get support and engage with One Manchester colleagues.
We want to make things more convenient for you, instead of having to travel from across our areas to one of our two main offices we want to bring our services to you. We plan to do this by making a number of key changes; which will involve allocating colleagues smaller neighbourhood patch sizes, these colleagues will be your key contact to support you with a range of issues and will be based locally to you. We also want to introduce new localised customer contact points to reduce the distance you have to travel and make changes to the way we communicate with you.
We want to get your views on these suggested changes, to ensure we understand what approach will work best for our customers, to do this we will are holding two consultation workshops.
Come along to a customer consultation workshop
We would like to invite our customers to come along to one of our customer consultation workshops to give your views on this approach.
Customer workshops will be taking place on the following dates;

- 6 – 7.30pm Tuesday 1 November at New Hope Fellowship Church, Hulme
(Please note each session will last no longer than 1.5 hours).
Refreshments will be provided for all attendees and free travel can be provided if needed.

Our ongoing commitment to dealing with damp and mould
In December 2022, we provided a report to the Regulator of Social Housing on how many of our homes had cases of damp and mould. To date, the majority of repairs have been completed for our customers, making sure your home is a safe and healthy space.Posted 04 Aug 2023
