We’re excited to bring you another issue of our Customer Catch-up, designed to keep you updated on what matters most to you. You’ll receive the Catch-up every three months, where we’ll share the latest news, updates, opportunities, and events from across One Manchester.
In each edition, we’ll cover a range of topics—from repairs and employment opportunities to financial support and local events—so there’s something for everyone.
How can I read it?
To make sure we’re being as accessible as possible, and to adapt to your differing needs, we’ll be sending out the newsletter using a range of different routes.
Our March edition of the 'Customer Catch-up' is already on its way to you. So check your inboxes and letterboxes, your newsletter will be landing week commencing Monday 24 March, so keep a look out.

Competition terms and conditions
The deadline for submitting your feedback is Wednesday 30 April. Late entries will not be considered.
One winner will receive a £50 voucher. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
The winner will be selected at random and announced on Friday 2 May. We’ll contact the winner by email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be chosen.

• You must provide your name, address, and email to enter.
