Manchester City Council has changed the way contact them about Council Tax to help improve their service and make sure they can respond faster. 

Visit www.manchester.gov.uk/counciltax where you can: 

• check your account details
• pay your council tax 
• apply for discounts or exemptions 
• tell us about a change of address 
• make a new payment plan

You can check your account balance and view your bills online using the portal.
