Bank Holiday service update

Posted | 14 September 2022

Here at One Manchester we are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty The Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday 8 September. You may be aware that over the weekend funeral arrangements for Her Majesty were confirmed with His Majesty King Charles III declaring next Monday (Monday 19 September) a Bank Holiday, to allow the nation time to grieve her passing.

As a mark of respect to Her late Majesty, One Manchester will be closing on this day and will be running a bank holiday service next Monday.

We therefore want to make our customers aware of the changes to our services.

  • Pre-booked repairs will be rearranged- If you already have a repair booked there is no need to contact us. We will contact you over the next week to rearrange your appointment.  Additional Saturday appointments for these customers have been created to help increase availability and enable us to rebook appointments as quickly as possible
  • Out-of-Hours emergency response service- If you have an emergency that needs addressing on Monday, please contact us as normal on 0330 355 1000 and our out-of-hours emergency response service will manage your issue.
  • Offices closed- Our offices will be closed on Monday

We  apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers, please be reassured that our customer services team will be in touch to rearrange any pre-booked appointments.
