New Disability Cost of Living Payment

Disability Cost of Living Payment
Did you know that next month 6 million disabled people will receive a one off payment of £150? The payment is due to be issued from 20th September 2022, and is to help disabled people with the rising costs of bills and living. Eligible people must have been receiving a qualifying disability benefit on 25th May 2022.
£650 Cost of Living Payment - Tax Credits.
If you are in receipt of working or child tax credits, your first cost of living payment of £326 is expected from September 2022, the second payment of £324 is expected in Winter.
Unfortunately, One Manchester aren’t able to advise on the exact date of these payments and are unable to do anything to chase the payments for residents.
