Our commitment to healthy homes
Everyone at One Manchester is deeply saddened by the death of Awaab Ishak, and our thoughts are with his family at this time.
It's truly important to us that all our customers have a safe and healthy home to live in, and that our customers are listened to should they raise a concern.
Our dedicated Healthy Homes Team is taking a proactive approach to resolving any cases of damp, mould, and disrepair in our properties, and we strongly urge any customer who has damp and mould in their home to get in touch with us so we can deal with the issue swiftly.
Our Healthy Homes Team can be contacted on firstname.lastname@example.org – please send them a description/photo of the damp or mould issue in your home, and a member of the team will be in touch to arrange a visit to the property.
Our ongoing commitment to dealing with damp and mould
In December 2022, we provided a report to the Regulator of Social Housing on how many of our homes had cases of damp and mould. To date, the majority of repairs have been completed for our customers, making sure your home is a safe and healthy space.Posted 04 Aug 2023
