A simpler way to report pest problems
We've made it easier to report problems with pests in your neighbourhood
From 28 October, we’re changing the way you report pest problems to us.
If you have a pest problem in your home, contact One Manchester and we’ll arrange the treatment with Manchester City Council for you.
What do I need to do?
If you spot pests in your home:
- Call us on 0300 355 1000, or
- Complete our Contact Us form.
We’ll take the details from you and arrange the pest control treatment with Manchester City Council on your behalf.
What happens next?
You’ll be asked what type of pest is causing the problem so the right treatment can be arranged. Support is available for a range of common household pests, and we'll let you know if the issue you report is covered by the service.
Treatment can include up to three visits to your home, as well as advice to help prevent the pests from returning.
What if I spot pests in my neighbourhood?
If you’re concerned about pests in your local area rather than inside your home, you can also speak to your Neighbourhood Officer.
