New neighbourhood hubs in your area
We’re excited to be bringing our services to three new neighbourhood hubs just around the corner from you – pop down if you’d like to chat to us face to face.
Meet with us face to face
We know meeting with us in person is important to you and that’s what our neighbourhood hub drop-ins are all about. We’ve created these safe spaces in local community venues, to give you the chance to come in to chat to us about any issues or concerns you may be having about your home, community, or anything else to do with your tenancy.
Recently, you told us you wanted local hubs in Longsight and Moss Side. You asked and we’ve delivered, we’ve set up three new hubs where we’ll be running neighbourhood and employment support drop-in sessions and appointment services. The new hubs are at MSV Positive Futures, Anson Community House and Chrysalis Centre.
By either making an appointment or popping in during a weekly drop-in, you’ll be able to chat to one of our team about anything you need. We hope to see you there.

Meeting with your Neighbourhood Officer
Your Neighbourhood Officer is your key point of contact at One Manchester – working at the heart of your community, they can talk through any questions or concerns you may have.
Unsure of who your local officer is? Find your Neighbourhood Officer.
Looking to chat with your Neighbourhood Officer directly face to face?
There are plenty of ways to meet with your Neighbourhood Officer at your home, in a local hub or our in your local community.
- Tenancy Experience Visit - You can chat to them at your annual home visit (tenancy experience visit).
- Neighbourhood inspection - If you want to talk to them about your local area, you can join your Neighbourhood Officer at your next Neighbourhood Inspection. At each inspection we’ll walk around your neighbourhood and point out any local issues which need to be addressed. Whether it’s fly-tipping or overgrown trees – you can tell us about it, and we’ll get it sorted.
Have a question? Feel free to give us a call on 0330 355 1000 or complete our Contact Us form – one of our colleagues will be in touch.
