Calling to hear your feedback - number change

Since 2021, we’ve been working with IFF Research to gather your thoughts and feedback about our services. Their role is to help us understand your experience and how we can improve to  ensure we're meeting your needs.
We wanted to let you know that IFF Research has recently updated their contact number to 07520637460. So, if you receive a call from this number asking about One Manchester, please don’t worry – it’s just them reaching out to hear your thoughts.

When you’re called by IFF Research, the caller will introduce themselves and confirm that they’re calling on behalf of One Manchester, as an independent research company. This ensures everything is transparent and secure.

The reason for the call is simple – we value your feedback! We’ll ask you to rate your satisfaction with the services we provide, as part of our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). These measures were introduced by the regulator for social housing in April 2023 and allow you, our customers, to share your thoughts on the services we offer, like repairs and complaints. Your input is incredibly valuable and will help us improve our services to better meet your needs.

•    Calls will happen between 9am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 11am-5pm on Saturdays.
•    You might also receive emails from myresearch@voluntas.co.uk.
•    IFF Research follows the Market Research Society Code of Conduct, meaning all answers will be kept confidential, securely stored, and only shared with One Manchester.
