We’re thrilled to introduce our new customer newsletter, ‘Customer Catch-up’. The newsletter is all about us keeping you informed on what matters most to you. We’ll be sending it out every three months to update you on all the latest news, updates and events from across One Manchester.
Communicating what matters most to you
At One Manchester, we pride ourselves on putting you at the heart of everything we do. To ensure we're communicating in the best way possible, we've listened carefully to your feedback.
In a recent customer communication survey, we asked you how you wanted to be communicated with and asked you questions to help us understand what topics you’re interested in. We’ve used this insight to design this new newsletter.
In every edition, we’ll bring you updates and news from across the business. So, whether you're interested in repairs, employment and skills opportunities, financial support or events in your area, our newsletter will have something for you.
How can I read the newsletter?
To make sure we’re being as accessible as possible, and to adapt to your differing needs we’ll be sending out the newsletter using a range of different routes.
The first edition of the 'Customer Catch-up' is already on its way to you. So check your inboxes, your digital copy of the newsletter will be landing week commencing Monday 9 December. You’ll also receive a copy in the post the week commencing Monday 16 December, so keep a look out.
