Customer teams…making things happen!
Putting you at the forefront of decisions so we can provide the most suitable services has never been more important. We’d like to thank everybody that has made a difference in our customer teams so far and would love to hear from you if you would like to be involved too. Contact us.
Here’s a taste of what the teams have been doing…
Customer Scrutiny Team
The team have been supported with professional training by TPAS giving them the skills to independently review One Manchester’s performance. They’re now involved in crucial reviews of our ‘first point of contact resolution’ within the Customer Service department and the Chair will present progress updates to the Place Committee.
Customer Co-creation Team
Work began in July for our Customer Co-creation team and their first topic was looking at how to improve digital engagement, whilst recognising the need to include none digital ways to get involved. They have considered what works well and how to improve how we engage with our customers digitally and non-digitally. The group have also worked with our One Money and Employment and Skills teams to understand potential barriers and increase uptake of these services.

This important team gives a voice to residents in high-rise blocks who can give us the best understanding of their needs in relation to their building safety. They play a crucial part in discussing concerns to reach reasonable solutions that truly reflect the experiences of themselves and their neighbours.
