Construction and External Wall materials
The building is constructed of modern steel framed construction with brick/cladded walls, pitched/flat roofs and concrete floors. In addition, the building has limited cladding to the 6th (sixth) and 7th (seventh) storey and lower front elevation which consists of Etex (exteriors) UK façade fibre reinforced cement panels. The building also contains mineral / rockwool insulation.
