Making improvements to your home

We ask that you get our written permission before you make any changes to your home.

We will need full details of what alterations you want to make so we can let you know if any conditions need to be met. For instance, you might need to get planning and building control permissions, or we might require you to return the property to its original condition before you move out.

If your application is approved, this will be confirmed in writing along with any conditions of work or safety specifications that will need to be carried out.
