Make a real impact this summer

We’re committed to help keep your neighbourhoods clean and tidy, and our Grounds Maintenance and Mobile Cleaning teams work hard to make sure they do just that. However, you told us you wanted more opportunities to get involved, and we listened – which is why we've decided to add regular Clean-ups to our Events schedule this summer. 
 
Join our Neighbourhood Clean‑up in Gorton and help give your local area a tidy. Our clean‑ups are also a great way to connect with your community, make a visible difference, and get to know your Neighbourhood Officer in person – as well as de-clutter your home using our free, accessible skips. 
 
What you can expect

Taking part is simple. Head to the meeting point, say hello to the team, and we’ll give you a quick briefing plus all the tools you need to get stuck in. A skip will be on site so waste can be safely removed — all you need to bring is yourself, anything you'd like to pop in the skip, and good energy.
