Development spend over £500

We’ve entered into several contracts with the Homes England (HE) to deliver a programme of new homes over the coming years through the Affordable Homes Programme.

The main aim of the Affordable Homes Programme is to increase the number of affordable homes in England. We are required to publish expenditure details of all payments over £500 related to Firm Schemes (i.e. those schemes which have been approved by the HE) funded through the programmes.
