Pay gap reporting
We're committed to equal pay and ensure our colleagues are paid fairly.
Our commitment to fair and equal pay
One Manchester employs more than 250 people in permanent or fixed-term contract roles, which means that we are subject to the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
This means we’re required to publish details of our gender pay gap on an annual basis. The gender pay gap is defined as the difference between male and female average earnings in a given time period, regardless of their role in the organisation.
We also voluntarily provide information on our protected characteristics pay gap to ensure we remain committed to reducing any inequalities.
