For us, it’s not just what we do that’s important to us, but the way that we do it too. We treat people the right way because that’s what we’re all about – whether they work for us or live in one of our homes.
We’re a values-led organisation and our values underpin everything we do.
Our shared HEART values and behaviours were crafted by our colleagues, for our colleagues (in consultation with customers). Each value is aligned with our expectations of how we will behave and interact with one another, and it’s the basis of what makes One Manchester such a great place to work.
