An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Team for an Insight, intelligence & Performance Manager to join us.

Reporting directly to the Director of Experience, Insight and Innovation, we’re looking for someone who can lead and develop the Insight, intelligence and Performance function to be the driver of intelligence led decision making through the transformation of multidimensional data into concise and compelling findings through analysis, creativity and real-world knowledge.

Ensuring the organisational data infrastructure is optimised for enabling data-driven decision making through strong data governance, you’ll oversee the organisational performance framework and embed a strong performance culture at all levels. Further to this you’ll lead and develop the Business Partnering model to provide high quality performance information, insight and intelligence to Managers and Directors across the organisation.

With outstanding analytical skills and the ability to create insight using a variety of techniques to gather evidence and evaluate intelligence, you’ll have in-depth customer-facing experience with data analytics and data interpretation and demonstrated high technical aptitude. It’s also a must to have high levels of IT literacy and experience of harnessing advances in technology to change ways of working and you must be proficient with Power BI, SQL Server Analysis Services, and GIT.

Ideally we’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the housing sector and operational performance, that has a track record of influencing stakeholders in the decisions they make.

One Manchester is an innovative provider of housing and community services. Formed in April 2015 from a historic merger between two of Manchester’s largest housing associations – City South and Eastlands Homes.
