An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Team for an Insight, Intelligence & Performance Business Partner to join us.
Supporting One Manchester’s aim of being a data driven and an intelligence led organisation, you’ll help put in place the tools to help leaders understand their business and performance against strategic priorities through the provision of rich and meaningful insight. Provide constructive challenges, helping inform both strategic and operational decisions, you’ll also be a subject matter expert in organisational performance, understanding the systems and processes within operational activity and how this translates to business performance.
Helping to deliver the Data and Insight Strategy, you’ll ensure the appropriate analysis of internal and external data to provide rich insight to support strategy development, performance improvement and forecasting.
We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate understanding of analytics benefit to company decision making, who has outstanding analytical skills and the ability to create insight using a variety of techniques to gather evidence and evaluate intelligence.
Experience of synthesising complex and ambiguous information, you’ll have experience in working within complex matrix environments and have the ability to manage multiple competing demands. With excellent IT abilities, you’ll have experience using business intelligence tools such as PowerBI/Tableau.
Ideally we’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the housing sector and operational performance, that has a track record of influencing stakeholders in the decisions they make.
