We are seeking an experienced gas engineer to work on a wide range of domestic gas appliances including boilers, fires, cookers and water heaters. You will be required to carry out a range of operational duties in the delivery of an efficient gas servicing programme, repairs & maintenance and installation work on all One Manchester’s owned and managed properties.

You will be dealing with customers face-to-face, you will need to have a great level of customer service and a positive and proactive approach to your work. You will need to be self-sufficient and able to work independently.
You will be highly skilled and self-motivated and take pride in your work with the ability to work remotely with minimum supervision. You must hold a recognised heating apprenticeship or appropriate NVQ standard, a professional trade qualification including a current ACS together with a full UK driving licence . You will have a working knowledge of current legislation relating to Health & Safety, gas servicing, repairs and installation works.
