As a Heat Metering & Billing Co-ordinator you’ll support with the reviewing and co-ordination of our growing communal heating and hot water network portfolio.

Using a systematic approach, you’ll develop a robust infrastructure to ensure that One Manchester is compliant with heat network (metering and billing) regulations. You’ll be developing mechanisms to manage and review customer billing processes, to ensure that they are billed correctly and heating tariffs are affordable and value for money. You’ll lead on rationalising the building management system platforms and procurement of all utilities for electricity and gas supply for offices and communal blocks.

You’ll provide support for staff and customers regarding all heat network and billing enquiries, facilitate training when required and provide assistance to customers in helping them improve the energy efficiency within the home.
