As a Community Safety Coordinator, you’ll liaise with customers and tenants to deliver a responsive and proactive service to residents in tackling all forms of Anti-Social behaviour, Hate Crime and Domestic Violence, while ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures. You’ll make sure our communities know they have a voice and that we’re here to help improve their lives and undertake preventative activities in targeted areas to improve community safety outcomes.

You’ll need to have significant ASB casework experience including preparing cases for legal action, instructing solicitors and representing cases in court, as well as conducting risk and vulnerability assessments and making the appropriate referrals for support. We want someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, someone who is also assertive and diplomatic when problem-solving and dealing with complaints.

Possession of a BTECH Level 3 Advanced Award in Community Safety Management is desirable.
