As part of our commercial income team, you will work as part of a team managing commercial and affordable home ownership rent focusing on high levels of collection and managing arrears in a firm and consistent manner.
You will take a robust commercial approach to market rent tenancies and non-social residential accounts and provide a range of financial advice for shared ownership and rent to buy tenure customers to assist in sustaining their tenancies by managing debt and budgeting advice, undertake follow up work and/or signpost to specialist services
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and approachable individual who can confidently relay information about welfare benefits and offer sensitive and empathetic support in what can be a difficult situation for people.

The appointment will be made on the basis of a 6 month fixed term contract.
