Our aim is to deliver high quality services, while generating savings and income wherever possible, which can be re-invested into our neighbourhoods through our new build strategy and other growth ambitions.
One Manchester is regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). It's the regulator's job to set standards for our conduct, known as “the regulatory framework”. This is divided into two: economic standards and consumer standards. You can see how we report progress against these standards in our Annual Reports and Value for Money (VFM) Self Assessments.
Our Scrutiny Panel is a group of our customers and members of the wider community whose role is to challenge us to be the best we can be and act as an independent customer focused driver for continuous improvement.
