Following an annual stability check by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), it has been announced that One Manchester has retained its highest possible rating in Governance and Viability – G1/V1.

After our In Depth Assessment (IDA) in 2017, looking at our ability to meet financial obligations and govern our organisation efficiently and evaluating whether we have a robust business planning, risk and control framework in place, the RSH has determined that we should retain our perfect score from last year.

Speaking about this achievement, Dave Power, chief executive at One Manchester, said: “The results of this assessment reflect the robustness and resilience of our organisation. We’re incredibly proud to have retained the highest rating the HCA can give, and we will strive to continue to meet these standards.”
