We're hiring a Non Executive Director Member

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer representative to join our One Manchester Board and make a meaningful difference to the running of our business. So, if you’re a customer of One Manchester, then you may be just the person we're looking for.   

Whether this is your first position at board level, or you’re an old hand, we welcome your application and will provide all the training and support you need to be successful in this role.   

One Manchester is governed by a board which is largely made up of independent people, all with different skills and experience. As a board member, you’ll help to support and scrutinise the work of our leadership teams, across business strategy, finance, performance and risk, plus help to manage and develop the services we deliver to our customers.  

This is a paid position which requires a commitment of around 12–15 hours per month, including preparing for and attending board and committee meetings.  

We are particularly encouraging applications from disabled and or Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic tenants, as these groups are currently underrepresented in One Manchester.  

Please note that this role is only open to tenants of One Manchester (including shared ownership tenants). Renters of garages or other properties are not eligible.
