2020 has been a challenging time for our customers and colleagues, but we’re grateful to hear how our communities have come together to look out for one another and offer support where needed. Throughout this time, we have continued to provide services to you where we can whilst always following government guidelines. This has meant our colleagues have adapted to new ways of working such as at home or taking on different tasks.  

Our 2019-2020 Annual Report looks at how One Manchester has performed for you during an unprecedented time. We reflect on the things we did well and can build upon, and those where we need to do better and how we plan to do that.
