If you are a Universal Credit customer, you need to update your journal with the new rent charges to make sure you are receiving the right amount. If you need help with this, please speak to a member of our Income team who will be happy to help you.

Direct Debit

Receiving and making payments through your bank account is the best way to pay your rent so you don’t have to worry about remembering to pay. The Direct Debit Guarantee means that we can only collect the amount on the day we agreed with you. If this needs to change then we will always write to you to let you know in advance.

At a PayPoint outlet or Post Office

You can use your rent payment card to pay at any PayPoint outlet:

  • Pay by cash at any store displaying the PayPoint logo
  • Pay at any Post Office with cash, cheque or debit card

Automated Payment line

You can pay using our Automated Payment Line using your bank card – just call 0330 041 5530. You will need your 19 digit rent payment number to make payments using the automated payment line. This can be found on your rent card, your rent statement, or on your online customer account which can be accessed via our online services.

Recurring Card Payments

You can set up a recurring card payment with us. Recurring card payments work in much the same way as a Direct Debit. We still take a set amount on a specified date each month, but using your debit card details rather than bank acc/sort code.

Online Bank Payment

You can pay us with an online bank transfer, you will need to make sure that you quote your tenancy reference number which you can find on your rent statement

Sort Code 01-05-11

Account Number 36686794
